Our testing team runs the London speed test rig, checks pricing fortnightly and re-tests streaming compatibility with every review round. Reviewers do not have access to commission rates when scoring a provider.

Reviewer responsibilities

• Run and record every speed test using the documented procedure
• Read each provider's privacy policy and most recent audit before scoring privacy
• Re-check pricing and promotions before publishing or updating a page
• Declare any conflict of interest with a provider
